P\S\L AI Products Launchpad is a newly established, innovation-focused HQ dedicated to evidence-based product invention. We are building a team of forward-thinking specialists who thrive on creating transformative data solutions to service the pharmaceutical commercial sector.
As part of our mission, we are seeking an Implementation Science and Advanced Analytics Lead to shape, design, and implement data-driven products that harness cutting-edge analytical models and user-centric interfaces. You will have experience of delivering business information solutions in the commercial sector, specifically for the pharmaceutical industry.

What you will do
- Data Product Development
- Design and implement new data products using contemporary analytical models and intuitive interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to socialize product requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Statistical Study Design & Implementation
- Apply robust statistical techniques to design experiments, clinical studies, or commercial research projects.
- Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning
- Develop and deploy predictive models, ML algorithms, and advanced statistical methods for projection and prediction. Continuously evaluate and refine models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prepare and present clear documentation, reports, and publications as required.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and curiosity across the organization.
- Innovation & Thought Leadership
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging methodologies, and best practices in data science.
- Identify opportunities for innovation in product development and research.
- Champion continuous improvement, exploring new methods, tools, and technologies.
Who you are
- Possess a Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related quantitative field.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Research: Proven track record in statistical study design for clinical, commercial, or medical research applications.
- Machine Learning Expertise: Hands-on experience developing and deploying ML models for real-world problems.
- Programming Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to code in SPSS, R, SAS, and Python.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent ability to frame complex problems and derive actionable insights from large, diverse datasets.
- Communication & Writing Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for distilling intricate analyses into clear, compelling narratives.
- Startup or Corporate Innovation Experience: Demonstrated success in supporting new initiatives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Pharmaceutical or Medical Education Experience: Demonstrated knowledge of medical education or medical communications.
- Enthusiasm & Curiosity: A genuine passion for innovation, new technologies, and driving change.
- Vision: Ability to see the possible and think creatively about future-oriented solutions.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and readiness to work with cross-functional teams.
