- Co-define and drive Kpler’s Product Design vision and standards, establishing shared principles and ensuring a coherent, high-quality cross-platforms experience
- Be hands-on, delivering features and experiences end‑to‑end from discovery to prototype and dev‑ready specs, on both web and mobile
- Build strong working relationships with Product and Engineering to shape problem definition, contribute to solution exploration, and ensure a strong user-centred perspective throughout the product lifecycle
- Deeply understand user behaviours, needs, and pain points in the domain, diving into the world of commodity data to translate complex workflows into clear, effective design solutions
You could be a fit if you have/are:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present a compelling design narrative, and organise and structure information clearly and concisely
- A solid portfolio showing your design process
- A keen interest in learning about commodities, finance, trading, and other data-rich domains (existing familiarity is a bonus)
- The drive to master the tools you use. You already have expertise in Figma (or similar), including prototyping
- A strong appetite to experiment with AI tools, and iterate on new ways of working in today’s fast-moving tech environment
- Curiosity to keep learning, generosity in sharing your knowledge, and genuine pleasure in collaboration
- Previous management or team lead experience is a bonus
