Our Values

Best Life

We believe great work begins with great people. That’s why our culture is built on respect, trust, and belonging. We create an inclusive environment where every team member can bring their authentic self to work—because diverse perspectives drive innovation and meaningful impact.

Growth Mindset

We are doers, thinkers, and dreamers. At ABC Fitness, your growth is our investment. Through continuous learning, mentorship, and professional development opportunities, we empower you to reach new heights—personally and professionally.

One Team

From day one, you’ll be part of a team that collaborates, celebrates, and cares. We move fast, support one another, and have fun along the way. Because when you thrive, we all thrive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own the roadmap and reporting strategy for Analyze within Ignite, serving our Ignite customers both external and internal.
  • Lead domain ownership for Ignite reporting — covering both customer-facing needs and internal business process reporting — so requirements are captured, prioritized, and delivered consistently.
  • Partner deeply with Billing and Membership and Operations to design, build, and ship reports and dashboards that meet real operator and business needs.
  • Work alongside the other Insights Product Managers to align roadmaps across domains, share patterns, and reimagine where Insights goes next.
  • Translate ambiguous reporting requests from Ignite stakeholders into clear, scoped requirements that engineering can build.
  • Define success metrics for Ignite Analyze reporting and track progress against them.
  • Represent the Ignite domain in Insights-wide planning, prioritization, and roadmap discussions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with reporting, analytics, or BI products.
  • Strong technical fluency with data — comfortable reading SQL, data models, and ETL/BI workflows well enough to scope work with engineering.
  • Experience owning a specific product domain within a larger platform, balancing domain-specific needs against broader platform priorities.
  • Comfort working with ambiguous, non-templated requests and turning them into buildable requirements.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you’ll work daily with Billing, M&O, engineering, customer success, and the rest of the ABC team.
  • Clear communication skills and the judgment to know when to push back and when to flex.

AND IT’S NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with the Gym management platforms specifically, or a comparable vertical SaaS product suite.
  • Hands-on experience with BI or reporting tools (Power BI, Domo, Looker, ReportCaster) or data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, or Synapse.
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, or health club SaaS.
  • A track record of building reusable reporting patterns instead of one-off solutions.
  • Experience partnering with other PMs on a shared platform roadmap.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

  • Ignite Analyze has a clear, owned roadmap for the future of reporting.
  • Customer and business process reporting requirements are captured and tracked consistently — not scattered across inboxes and side conversations.
  • Billing and M&O have a reliable product partner to build reports and dashboards with.
  • The Insights PM team has a strong domain voice from Ignite in shared roadmap and vision conversations.
