As a Lead Product Manager - Technical within Mastercard Services, you will lead end-to-end product development for complex, multi-team platform capabilities. You will turn business problems and product strategy into clear, structured requirements (initiatives, epics, features, and user stories) that enable engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes at scale.
This role partners closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture to drive clarity, prioritization, and delivery readiness across one or more domains.

This position is a member of Services Enablement & Transformation Cloud Infrastructure team.• Define and execute cloud-native product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps, translating business goals into scalable platform initiatives aligned with cross-team strategies.• Lead technical requirement clarification and solution discussions in partnership with engineering leads and architects. • Challenge designs or requirements where needed to improve quality, accelerate delivery, lower costs, and long term maintainability.• Document requirements clearly with rules, workflow diagrams or state transition tables to aid understanding• Own the definition and evolution of initiatives, epics, features, and user stories, ensuring requirements are complete, coherent, and aligned to product strategy and architectural direction. • Drive prioritisation decisions and trade offs at initiative, epic, and feature level, balancing scope, risk, value, and delivery constraints. • Partner with engineering leads to drive project planning and delivery coordination, including defining milestones/timelines, tracking progress, proactively managing risks and dependencies, and communicating delivery impacts or changes to stakeholders.• Step in where needed to maintain momentum, remove ambiguity, and ensure delivery alignment across multiple scrum teams.• Ensure vulnerabilities and mandatory technical imperatives for the product are handled timely• Own deliveries while ensuring proposed solutions meet all requirements and fit within Mastercard technology standards.
All About You• Strong experience leading technical product development from ideation through delivery across multiple teams. • Good understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data platforms (e.g. distributed data processing, storage, analytics and AI/ML)• Proven ability to manage scope, prioritisation, and trade offs in complex product environments. • Comfortable working with engineers and architects on solution design, constraints, and delivery sequencing. • High-energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in fast-paced, agile environment• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative and organization skills• Familiarity with formal product and delivery governance models (e.g. data privacy reviews, architecture reviews, delivery readiness).
