- Collaborating closely with game leadership to structure risk assessments, contribute to planning, and ensure quality is prioritized in the backlog.
- Owning our QA budget, forecasting, and vendor management, aligning all external testing efforts for maximum cost efficiency and positive impact.
- Coaching our in-house QA team members, and encouraging a shared sense of accountability. You’re not a supervisor but rather the craft expert who leads the way.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

- You understand configuration management and live game content (e.g. A/B testing, configurations)
- You're comfortable and committed to managing external vendors and QA budgets, ensuring we're working together effectively.
- You're proficient with test and defect management tools, and you understand how to use data and analytics to track KPIs and make informed decisions.

It would be nice if you also have the following skills:
- You have a special understanding of mobile Free-to-Play (F2P) games.
