Responsibilities
- Lead ongoing hiring needs for the overall company, reporting to the Director of People Operations. You will be responsible for having a pulse on all things hiring at all times.
- Post job descriptions through various platforms.
- Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, postings, inbound leads, and outbound messaging.
- Schedule and conduct interviews through Zoom.
- Onboard new team members.
- Assist with various HR needs.
- Adapt to the role as needed.
Requirements
- At least two years experience with talent acquisition.
- Technical recruiting experience. You have led technical coding interviews and feel comfortable recruiting for developers, engineers and all sorts of product related roles!
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships throughout the hiring process.
- Highly organized - you’re the most organized person you know!
- Click Up experience a huge plus!

Salary
$15 - $20 an hour
