The Role:

This is a full-time, fully remote leadership position that allows work from anywhere in the world. We’re looking for a Lead UGC/Creator Operations Manager to lead our UGC creator department. From sourcing and casting to long-term creator partnerships, you’ll play a key role in building a scalable network of high-performing creators that consistently deliver quality content while reducing costs and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pipeline Management

  • Monitor inbound creator applications

  • Identify great creators through communities and manual research

  • Pre-screen and invite high-potential creators into our roster.

  • Maintain a clear, up-to-date creator database (skills, niches, formats, performance history).

2. Creator Evaluation

  • Design and manage test assignments (scriptwriting, video shooting, editing).

  • Assess creators’ ability to:

  • Follow briefs.

  • Write compelling hooks/scripts.

  • Shoot content with good framing/lighting/audio.

  • Edit videos in-platform and with basic tools.

3. Ops & Database

  • Tag creators by skill set, vertical, and deliverable type.

  • Create clear profiles with example work and evaluation notes.

  • Ensure data hygiene: remove duplicates, track availability, costs, reliability.

4. Project Alignment

  • Match vetted creators with ongoing projects.

  • Partner with creative strategists and PMs to source the right creators for briefs.

  • Maintain relationships with top performers (quick turnaround, reliable delivery).

5. Relationship Management

  • Act as the first line of contact for creators during onboarding and test phases.

  • Build trust and keep communication clear on expectations, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Help turn top creators into long-term collaborators.

What Success Looks Like (90 Days)

  • Structured database of vetted creators with a clear tagging system (skills, quality, availability).

  • A repeatable UGC test process that filters out weak creators quickly.

  • Smooth handoff of qualified creators to the creative team.

  • Reliable roster of creators aligned with client needs and campaign demands.

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong ops/process skills: can manage a pipeline and keep things organized at scale.

  • Good creative judgment: can evaluate video quality, scriptwriting, and editing basics.

  • People-oriented: communicates clearly and manages relationships with creators.

  • Comfortable with tools: Airtable/Notion/CRM, Slack, and project management tools.

  • Bonus: prior experience in influencer/UGC management, production coordination, or casting.

Must-haves:

  • Perfect written & spoken English.

  • Prior experience leading UGC production or content operations teams.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience as a writer or creative strategist with UGC or performance marketing campaigns

  • Creative operations experience (building scalable creative workflows or systems)

  • Previous experience leading a team of creatives or sourcing specialists

  • Demonstrated ability to connect creative decisions with measurable performance outcomes

Why Join InBeat:

  • Unlimited Time Off & Sick Days

  • Flexible hours

  • Fully remote (work from anywhere)

  • Work directly with some of the world’s biggest brands

  • Lead a department at the center of the creator economy

  • Autonomy to innovate and test new sourcing methods
