Role Description

You'll be responsible for:

  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee the end to end delivery of a complex product with many internal and external dependencies, across squads and products and ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget aligning to our delivery framework. 
  • Feature Prioritization: Facilitating the prioritization of features that deliver the most value to customers and with your business and technology partners.  Along with facilitating the planning their execution accordingly and inclusive of product/platform strategy.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including product heads, leaders, owners, engineers, designers, vendors, and marketers, to ensure seamless product delivery. 
  • Timeline Management: Develop and manage detailed product plans, schedules and timelines (dependencies across squads), identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, balancing team workloads and ensuring optimal utilization of skills and expertise.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status (scope, timeline, financials), risks, and issues to Executives, stakeholders (internal / external).
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet quality standards and customer expectations through rigorous testing and validation processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance product delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Customer Focus: Facilitate team to gather and incorporate customer feedback to ensure products meet market needs and deliver exceptional user experiences.

You bring:

  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in product, program and project management, with a strong understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. This includes proactively communicating dependency impacts and negotiating solutions across squads/products as appropriate including being able to communicate at the Executive/C-Suite level.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions including ability to resolve dependencies and impediments to delivery.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with product development processes, software development lifecycle, and relevant tools and technologies.
  • Education: bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in a similar role within a technology-driven organization.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex products to market
