We are seeking an experienced Contracts and Operations Manager to join our organization as a key member of our team, reporting to the Global General Counsel.
Responsibilities:
· Contract Management: Draft and negotiate technology and vendor contracts. Including NDAs, evaluation agreements, statements of work, consulting agreements, independent contractor agreements as well as various types of procurement contracts.
· Sales Support: Support orders, revenue operations and renewal teams with contract requests.
· RFP: Assist proposal teams with responding to RFPs and maintain standardized legal responses.
· Legal Entity Management: Assist in managing corporate entities across various global jurisdictions, in partnership with external service providers.
· Project Management: Assist in managing and tracking strategic projects across the legal team.
· Legal Process and Operations: Assist with developing and improving legal operations including contract management, template management, and playbook and policy maintenance.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, law or related field. Legal education is an asset.
· 3-5 years of contract management experience, preferably in technology companies.
· Advanced understanding of contract provisions as well as terminology and risks in technology agreements.
· Ability to lead projects with a strong work ethic, excellent communication, and high degree of attention to detail.
· Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, Salesforce, SharePoint, and DocuSign. Experience working in Atlassian (such as Jira) tools is an asset.
