  • Develop scalable playbooks, configuration guides, and training materials for in-house teams and transactional practice groups, and turn these into refined product training packs, comprehensive documentation, and impactful thought-leadership content.

  • Represent Spellbook in webinars, CLE sessions, and industry events, showcasing practical workflows, customer outcomes, and our product leadership.

  • Support customers and internal teams with additional responsibilities and projects as needed, including troubleshooting workflow issues and refining best practices.

  • Other responsibilities as required.

  • A qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of transactional experience, ideally with a mix of law firm and in-house exposure.

  • Deep familiarity with contract negotiation, drafting, and review workflows.

  • A natural self-starter with strong product instincts—you’re excited to build, iterate, and drive things forward without waiting for a playbook.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, sales teams, and external customers.

  • Strong communicator with experience presenting to legal and business audiences (bonus points if you’ve led CLEs or training).
