Department Overview
The Envysion Restaurant Team (ERT) is part of the Audits Department of Envysion, a Motorola Solutions Company. ERT is one of the three audit branches that provide different types of audit services for Quick Serve Restaurant and Fast Casual clients.
Job Description

Envysion, a leading provider of video-based SaaS technology solutions for retailers, including fast casual restaurants, is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist. The Loss Prevention Specialist will be responsible for analyzing algorithm-driven online reports for individual restaurants to identify and create incidents of theft, loss, and operational issues. 

Core Functions

  • Review and analyze client video and Point of Sale data 

  • Identify and accurately document findings 

  • Complete audits within time bounds and meet weekly deadlines

  • Collaborate with other Loss Prevention Specialists  

  • Maintain regular communication with Team Leader and ERT

  • Attend regular training and department meetings

Hardware Requirements: 

  • Laptop provided

  • Reliable internet connection able to handle video streaming

Education/Experience

  • Preferred

    • BA/BS 

    • Cash register experience 

    • Restaurant experience

    • Loss Prevention experience

Target Base Hourly Salary Range: $16.50 - $17.50 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements
  • High school diploma

  • 1+ years of experience working in loss prevention support, retail, restaurants, customer service, or similar

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
