Job Title: Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis Function: Finance Grade: 1B/1C Reports to: Senior Finance Business Partner, Personal Care Main Job Purpose: This role will own and continuously improve the end-to-end financial forecasting process of respective business unit (BU), partner S&OP, deliver BU targets and anchor Annual Planning & Strategic Planning on behalf of BU Finance. They will be responsible for generating sensitivity analysis for different business scenarios with quick turnaround times and ensure correct & timely information to catalyze strategic decisions while being the bridge between BU and other finance subfunctions. Key Accountabilities: Engage with cross-functional BU team members to drive conversations in S&OP process Partner BU in S&OP process and logically challenge assumptions while sharing finance perspective Highlight risks and opportunities in plans to Senior FBP, BU Lead and Category heads Work across functions and other finance teams in an agile manner to preempt business conditions and generate multi-scenario financial analysis to assist business in taking timely strategic calls Own end-to-end P&L hygiene and engage with other finance peers to take corrective actions to ensure data-driven decisions by BU team Work co-operatively with FET to ensure timely inputs for monthly forecast submissions, with commentary on cycle on cycle variances Track and manage BU targets with other BU members & highlight deviations ahead of time Engage with BU on prioritization, resource allocation & strategic big bets during Strategic and Annual Planning process Prepare shadow costing in collaboration with cross-functional teams and provide effective recommendation Lead War Games and ensure OTIF completion of identified actions Provide relevant adhoc analysis and present to different stakeholders Professional Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business / Finance 4+ years of relevant work experience Advanced MS Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint & Power Pivot skills Excellent stakeholder and conflict management skills Ability to work agilely to deliver multiple priorities under tight schedule Excellent command over data visualization and story-telling
