Job Description

The Manager of Inside Sales at Jitterbit is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on building teams, driving revenue, and creating a winning sales culture. In this fully remote position, you will oversee the North America Inside Sales Representative (ISR) organization, guiding SMB deals, developing talent, and establishing repeatable processes that consistently deliver results.

Reporting directly to the VP of NOAM Sales, your primary mission is to exceed revenue targets by acquiring new SMB customers and expanding existing accounts. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Enterprise AEs, and Customer Success to ensure aligned go-to-market execution, strong pipeline health, and predictable performance.

Key Attributes for Success

• Identify and develop leadership potential within the ISR team through coaching, mentorship, and targeted development plans.
• Successfully run and coach SMB sales cycles from discovery to close.
• Demonstrated track record of upselling and cross-selling into existing accounts, and the ability to coach the team to do the same.
• Develop and optimize scalable inside-sales processes that drive efficiency, productivity, and repeatable revenue.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of centralized knowledge resources: training materials, playbooks, talk tracks, and best practices.
• Build and execute a comprehensive SMB sales strategy aligned with organizational goals, market penetration, and customer acquisition.
• Maintain a consistent and sustainable pipeline for the segment; lead the team to consistently hit or exceed quotas.
• Implement coaching frameworks to elevate skills, improve performance, and cultivate future sales leaders.
• Leverage KPIs and analytics to monitor performance, identify gaps, and refine strategies.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Enterprise Sales, and other internal teams to maintain strong alignment around messaging, campaigns, and customer feedback.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top-tier Inside Sales talent while building clear career-pathing and development opportunities.
• Champion a customer-centric culture focused on delivering value, solving business problems, and providing exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B technology sales with significant SMB experience and consistent over-achievement against quota.
• Minimum of 3 years managing sales teams selling into SMB or existing customer segments.
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically without day-to-day oversight.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to thrive in a remote environment.
• Competitively driven, with strong judgment around when to push forward or when to redirect effort.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments and the ability to quickly absorb Jitterbit’s sales methodology, value proposition, and product positioning.
• Naturally curious, motivated to understand customer problems deeply and craft business-driven solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience.
