As our Manager of Marketing & BD Operations, you’ll be the architect and catalyst of that intersection -partnering hand-in-glove with our VPs of Business Development and Performance Marketing to transform raw data into growth, fuel high-impact campaigns, and operationalize our most ambitious revenue goals.
Your Impact:
- Strategic Growth Partner: Embed in executive cadences to co-define GTM strategy, build dynamic capacity models, and translate annual targets into weekly wins.
- RevTech Visionary: Architect and govern our tech ecosystem - Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Qualified, Salesforce - so every lead, touchpoint, and metric feeds into a single source of truth.
- Data-Driven Driver: Own end-to-end demand forecasting, real-time dashboards, and variance-analysis playbooks that inform every budgeting and headcount decision.
- ROI Maximizer: Continuously refine our multi-channel programs (ABM, digital, events, partnerships), shifting spend to the highest-performing channels to slash CAC, accelerate deal cycles, and lift win rates.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Partnership & Operational Rhythm
- Act as a true extension of our BD and Marketing VPs: attend leadership forums, translate their vision into execution plans, and ensure cross-team alignment.
- Design and refine meeting cadences, 1:1s, and quarterly business reviews that keep everyone focused on the metrics that matter most.
- Annual Revenue Planning & Demand Modeling
- Co-lead our Annual Revenue Plan: build rolling capacity models, set SMART demand targets, and align headcount and budget to our aggressive growth goals.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end forecasting processes - merging bottom-up pipeline build-up with top-down targets - to deliver monthly and quarterly forecasts with >95% accuracy.
- Drive variance analysis and scenario planning alongside Finance and FP&A, enabling real-time adjustments to keep us on track.
- Reporting, Analytics & Systems Governance
- Govern our RevOps tech stack—defining data models, designing lead-routing rules, and automating workflows to deliver flawless, unified insights.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards (Looker, Tableau, etc.) that surface pipeline health, campaign performance, and rep productivity at a glance.
- Champion data quality initiatives and institute governance standards to uphold speed-to-lead and reporting integrity.
- Manage and enhance our Marketo instance—overseeing program setup, lead scoring, nurture streams, and seamless integration with the CRM.
- Demand Generation Optimization & ROI Management
- Partner with Marketing and BD to run rigorous A/B tests, attribution analyses, and “hot-spot” reviews—quickly shifting budget and tactics to the highest-ROI channels.
- Optimize CRM campaign configurations and measurement frameworks to accurately attribute spend and maximize ROI across all channels.
- Define, track, and communicate core KPIs (CAC, pipeline sourced, cycle time, win rate) that drive executive decisions on resource allocation.
- Best-Practice Leadership & Enablement
- Establish scalable processes for lead handoffs, campaign execution, and cross-functional projects (CRM migrations, data-hygiene sprints, new tool rollouts).
- Create playbooks, training modules, and SOPs to elevate the entire revenue team’s operational excellence.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: 5+ years in RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops at high-growth B2B tech companies ($100m - $1Bn ARR).
- Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce.com and adjacent RevTech (Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Qualified).
- Analytical Prowess: Advanced Excel and / or BI skills - you turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strategic Agility: Proven track record partnering with executives to build revenue plans, forecasts, and go-to-market operations that exceed targets.
- Communication & Leadership: Exceptional at storytelling with data, leading cross-functional initiatives, and training both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
