To combat that fraud, we leverage sophisticated machine learning models in real time as customers use their account - using their debit card, making digital payments, and servicing their account. Behind that are the operations associates and data scientists who manually review activity to protect our customers and to continuously train those models to keep up with fraudsters. The product manager for Bank Customer Protection (Fraud Operations) will be responsible for the system built on our across the canyon platforms that guides those associates - bringing best in class process engineering and design, leveraging the right data at the right time - to help us efficiently and effectively protect our customers and the bank as we grow. In addition to modernizing our operations, the product manager in this role will also partner with our GenAI teams to identify Agentic AI opportunities to bring to fruition for more efficient and automated decisioning.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
