The Manager, Revenue Operations will drive FloQast’s operational excellence across the revenue organization by aligning people, processes, and technology to optimize revenue growth. This role will ensure customer-facing teams are equipped with the tools, insights, and strategies needed to succeed. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Partners, Marketing, Finance, Product, Legal, and Customer Success, to establish seamless workflows, implement data-driven strategies, and foster continuous improvement. This supervisory role will lead initiatives to optimize processes, enhance forecasting, and refine tools and methodologies to support scalable growth. They will build and lead a team of analysts and specialists to support all areas of the business, collaborating closely with executives, sales leadership, and other RevOps functions.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and track key revenue metrics and KPIs, delivering actionable insights to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership, ensuring alignment across the revenue organization while leading cross-functional projects to improve operations and enhance team performance.
  • Establish and optimize revenue-driving processes, including pipeline management, segmentation, territory design, and coverage models, ensuring efficient deal progression and operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain accurate forecasting models, provide ARR projections, and drive actionable insights for sales and revenue leadership.
  • Manage and mentor direct reports, fostering growth and development within the Revenue Operations team.
  • Equip Sales, Customer Success, and other revenue teams with tools, content, and best practices. Define and refine sales processes, including territory management, quota setting, and commission structures, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales and post-sales teams and coordinate with other departments as required to deliver reporting needs.
  • Administer and optimize Salesforce, Outreach.io, Gong, and other revenue tech stack tools, while evaluating and implementing new technologies to improve team effectiveness and ensuring data integrity across systems to support scalable, rapid business growth.
  • Work closely with other departments, including Marketing and Customer Success, to ensure smooth transitions and seamless collaboration across teams throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field (SaaS experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing CRM and revenue tools (Salesforce Administrator preferred).
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC methodology and CPQ tools.
  • Leadership experience, including hiring, mentoring, and developing operational teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in ARR calculations, projections, and commission plan structures, financial and strategic planning.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Familiarity with other operational disciplines, including Marketing Ops, Customer Success Ops, and Partner Ops, is highly preferred.

The base pay for this position is between $120,000 - $150,000. Compensation is not limited to base salary. Compensation is not limited to base salary.
