Position Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly formed workstream within the Global Project Management Office (PMO). The Manager will collaborate with cross functional leads from all aspects of the business to help ensure delivery of initiatives; overall, this position is responsible for leading the implementation of advanced analytics across regions to support our journey to cost competitiveness and to enhance overall performance.
Purpose Of Role
The primary purpose of this role is to harness the power of data to provide actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives across the supply chain. The SCA Business Analytics Manager is essential for leveraging data to drive business strategy, enhance decision-making, and help foster a data-driven culture within the organization. This requires a blend of critical thinking, technical expertise, and leadership skills to effectively manage analytics projects that support McCain's journey from Good to Exceptional.
Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Think big and plan ahead, analytical insights and reporting: derive insights for cost savings through analysis of data sources to evaluate performance and identify trends
  • Bring out the best in our people, collaboration with regions: work with regions to drive target setting and initial gap closure
  • Think big and plan ahead, advanced financial analysis: track and quantify progress of cost saving initiatives over time, analyze total cost factors within industry over time, perform reconciliation testing on data models


Qualifications And Experienced Required

  • Bachelor's Degree (preference in finance, engineering, business administration, data science / analytics) or equivalent combination of both education and strong business experience required
  • Master's degree in any of the above is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or a continuous improvement function
  • Additional tenure in functions such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Agriculture or Finance preferred
  • Proven record of leadership, fostering teamwork, and the ability to work collaboratively
