We are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Manager of Talent Acquisition who will significantly contribute to the evolution and success of our strong talent acquisition team at TMX Group. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the Manager will be a key member of our overall Human Resources team and will support the ongoing growth of TMX globally. Working with an exceptional organization, this role will support our Talent Acquisition team across Toronto, Montreal, and New York. 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of the talent acquisition strategy 

  • Evaluate and enhance talent acquisition programs and initiatives, including onboarding and campus recruitment 

  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives across the talent acquisition lifecycle and within the ATS

  • Evaluate and explore new talent acquisition technology while supporting existing platforms and user experience for the Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and Candidates

  • Lead the ongoing refresh of our EVP and brand activation efforts and be a brand ambassador for TMX Group by working on brand strategies, sharing our employee value proposition and attending events to enhance our employer brand

  • Support and lead the ongoing growth of the campus recruitment program in partnership with the talent acquisition partners

  • Proactively stay on top of trends and developments in the world of talent acquisition and employer branding to advise program enhancements and process improvement 

  • Review and evaluate current recruitment agency vendor relationships and select appropriate future vendors of choice 

  • Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards. Utilize analytics to advise and optimize recruitment strategies 

  • Maintain and update recruitment process documentation and templates to ensure alignment, consistency, and compliance (offer templates, interview guides, screening guides, onboarding tools, SOPs, etc)

  • Support the budget review, creation and tracking for talent acquisition 

  • Support existing talent acquisition vendor relationships and the vendor renewal process

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience managing full life-cycle recruiting in a corporate environment. 

  • Proficient with technology and talent acquisition go-to-market recruitment platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), experience with Workday an asset 

  • Experience in project management and process improvement 

  • Proven experience in leading employer branding initiatives 

  • Skilled in conducting and presenting data analysis to advise recruiting strategies 

  • Outstanding interpersonal, problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly organized with a passion for crafting seamless processes, and a dedication to delivering an exceptional candidate experience 

  • Highly self-directed and solution-oriented, and keen to identify opportunities for improvement, highlight and mitigate risks, and provide actionable recommendations 

  • Demonstrable ability to take a consultative approach, build strong collaborative relationships, influence key collaborators, and gain consensus to achieve results
