The Jewelry Shop Specialists deliver a premium guest experience through personalized consultations,
VIP showings, and expert guidance that supports high-value sales. These roles meet voyage-level
goals by using strong product knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and luxury watches while
supporting onboard events and promotions. The position maintains brand-standard displays,
secures high-value merchandise, and completes required reporting and operational tasks.
Compliance with shipboard safety, audit standards, and loss-prevention procedures is essential.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous onboard experience is Sales department is mandatory
Min 21 years old
Must be available to join within 90 days
Very good English language knowledge
Additional language knowledge is preferable
Ability to cooperate effectively with colleagues
Ability to initiate conversation and establish relationships with customers
Ability to work 7 days a week, 10−14 hours daily under pressure and show enthusiasm at all time
