In this role, you will be responsible for briefing and executing creative strategies that align with our brand’s vision and objectives, ensuring all materials adhere to our high standards. You will spearhead the development of processes to enhance production efficiencies and collaborate closely with both internal stakeholders and the US team to leverage assets and tools. Your expertise in managing relationships with external agencies, coordinating projects, and delivering high-quality creative assets on time will be essential. What you will do:

  • Brief and execute creative strategies to support the brand’s vision and objectives.
  • Ensure all creative materials align with brand guidelines and standards.
  • Lead the development of processes, forms and tools to enhance production efficiencies.
  • Work closely with the US team to leverage assets and tools for improved production efficiencies.
  • Support branch and marketing business partners by providing necessary marketing assets.
  • Work with marketing business partners to ensure appropriate funding and manage invoicing requirements.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the effectiveness of creative content.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration to achieve optimal results.
  • Manage relationships with external creative agencies.
  • Coordinate projects, provide clear briefs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
  • Create detailed briefs for creative projects and proof all creative materials to ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience.
  • Ensure that all creative messaging is compelling, consistent and aligned with the brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of creative projects from concept to completion.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective completion of all tasks.
  • Develop and manage workback schedules to ensure all marketing projects are completed on time, within scope and budget.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to pivot projects and strategies based on evolving business needs and priorities.

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years relevant experience degree in Marketing or related field
  • A passionate marketer and team player with marketing and communications expertise, proven hands on execution and project management
  • Proven experience in a creative marketing role, preferably in a managerial position
  • Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
  • Proven experience in a marketing production and management
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Experience in managing external agencies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a face-paced environment
  • Strong written verbal and presentation skills
  • Creative problem solving
  • Bilingual an asset
