About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead localized marketing efforts for our Canadian operations. This role will collaborate closely with U.S.-based marketing teams to adapt and execute strategic campaigns that engage and grow our Canadian small and medium-sized business (SMB) audience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:Campaign Execution & Localization

  • Partner with U.S. marketing teams to tailor campaigns for the Canadian market, ensuring messaging resonates with local audiences.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid media (SEM & Paid Social), content marketing, SEO, events, and social media.
  • Align Canadian initiatives with global brand guidelines while ensuring regional relevance.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary marketing lead for Canada, coordinating efforts across internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g.,paid media, creative, and site operations) to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the partner marketing team to develop co-marketing opportunities with Canadian partners.

Data-Driven Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize ROI and engagement.
  • Track and report on key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and making data-backed recommendations.
  • Use customer and market insights to refine strategies and enhance effectiveness.

Brand Growth & Local Presence

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance brand visibility in Canada, including events, digital campaigns and PR.
  • Support local promotional activities and initiatives to drive engagement and awareness.

Marketing Budget & Spend Management

  • Work with the General Manager to ensure marketing funds are allocated effectively and spent according to plan.
  • Coordinate with finance and other teams to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and reallocation of budgets as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or SMB-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian market and consumer behavior.
  • Proven experience in campaign execution across multiple channels (email, digital, PR, I social media, events).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience using project management tools to track progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and optimization.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience in budget management and financial reporting is a plus.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.

Pay Transparency - All Full Time Employees

$75,000$105,000 CAD
