JOB DESCRIPTION

Bandit Running is seeking a CRM & Performance Marketing Manager to support the strategy, development, and execution of CRM, Paid Media, SEO, and Affiliate Marketing initiatives. This role will work cross-functionally and with agency partners to drive key brand marketing campaigns and KPIs across owned and paid channels leveraging data-driven insights to fuel awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention and ROI. The position reports directly to the VP of Marketing.


Requirements

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

● Dynamically develop and execute CRM strategies to optimize customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value across email, SMS and apps

● Partner with agencies to manage, scale and optimize paid media campaigns across key platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube) to drive acquisition and ROI

● Leverage data-driven insights to develop strategies and tactics that drive upper-funnel lead generation and grow fan and follower audiences

● Implement targeted initiatives to fuel membership acquisition and retention, focusing on long-term growth

● Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize strategy and spend

● Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive, breakthrough messaging and campaign execution

● Manage audience segmentation and personalization strategies to improve campaign relevance and performance

● Optimize the customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve funnel efficiency across owned and paid channels

● Own the marketing calendar for CRM and performance initiatives, ensuring timely execution of campaigns

● Stay ahead of trends in CRM, paid media, SEO, and affiliate marketing to bring innovative ideas to the team

EXPERTISE

● 3-4 years experience in CRM and Paid Marketing

● Experience managing agencies to support and execute paid media and CRM marketing initiatives effectively

● Experience with audience segmentation, A/B testing and campaign optimization to improve performance, engagement, and ROI

● Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to interpreting metrics and turning insights into actionable strategies

● Proven ability to manage budgets, ensuring effective allocation of spend across channels to maximize impact

● Proficiency in Google Business Suite, Klaviyo, GA4, Meta, Shopify, and Figma

● Excellent interpersonal communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

● A passion for brand storytelling, aligning performance marketing with broader objectives

● A connection to the sport of running and passion for engaging the running community

● Flexibility to travel as needed

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + equity and all other benefits above
