**this is a hybrid (4 days in office) position based out of our offices located in either Downtown Toronto, ON or Vancouver, BC**
Who You Are
You are a strategic marketer and persuasive communicator with a sharp eye for detail and a strong understanding of how occupier clients make decisions. You excel at translating complex market, business, and advisory insights into clear, compelling positioning and pursuit narratives. You are comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment alongside senior leaders, advisors, research professionals, and creative teams. You value brand, clarity, and precision, and take pride in producing high‑quality work that strengthens client relationships and drives new business outcomes.
What You Bring
Post‑secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience supporting pursuit strategy, proposals, and client‑facing marketing in a B2B environment
Strong experience developing and managing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong business lens
Ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively through both written and visual formats
Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
Proven ability to manage multiple pursuits and deadlines simultaneously
High level of discretion when handling confidential client and business information
Comfortable working independently while collaborating across regions and teams
Professional, confident, and relationship‑driven communication style
Bonus Skills and Experience
Experience in commercial real estate, office occupier representation, or professional services
Bilingual in English and French considered an asset

You manage proposal and pursuit processes with accuracy, consistency, and strategic intent
You develop and maintain strong core content, case studies, and marketing materials that support national office occupier pursuits
You apply Colliers’ brand and communication standards consistently across all deliverables
You collaborate closely with advisors, research, and marketing partners to strengthen pursuit strategy and storytelling
You contribute to win‑loss insights and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate pursuit quality
You build trusted relationships with advisors and leadership, becoming a reliable partner in office occupier pursuits and marketing strategy

Area / Location Specific: Toronto, ON and Vancouver, BC
Approximate Compensation for this Role: $100,406 – $120,000 per annum
Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire compensation. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
