Position Summary 

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the management of the social media platforms, websites, marketing campaigns, events, and collateral.  The Marketing Manager supports the Sales, Sales Operations & Marketing organization and functions as a support to ensure delivery of sales goals, revenue, and margin growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position supports the achievement of Archway’s business goals. 

  • Paid social campaigns - monitor paid social campaigns for accuracy and efficiency 

  • Analyze campaigns for accuracy/efficiency in terms of gains/leads or information interaction 

  • Manage paid search budgets on top-tier search engines (Google, Facebook, etc) to improve the visibility of the company online 

  • Online advertisements 

  • Build relationships with publishers/journals/online media to promote Archway 

  • Work with: Developer Tools, Google Analytics, HubSpot  

  • Participate in the development of trends reports, social platform updates 

  • Review and manage data for reports; identify trends and insights through research 

  • Stay up to date on top trends, build out concepts for new media  

  • Identify trends/insights and provide best practices and recommendations to senior management 

  • Website administrator - manage plug-ins, content, and distribution 

  • Test and implement SEO (updates) with original content 

  • Copywriting and continuous improvement 

  • Keep competitor/successful industry website content execution database, stay updated on the latest web trends 

  • Web analytics, Google Analytics, Hubspot, etc. 

  • Website conversion rate utilizing web analysis tools 

  • Create a planned approach to increase the quality of content / determine the impact of content campaigns, paid search ad campaigns 

  • Organize promotional events, trade shows, and other venues, coordinating with teams to ensure prompt delivery of materials, etc.  

  • Create blog posts, imagery, video execution, print collateral build stories in multiple platforms 

  • Keep updates consistent and fact-check changes  

  • Consult and collaborate with different departments to create items that reflect our capabilities through video, photography, and company-wide used graphics (eg, process flows) 

  • Build and report monthly production goals 

  • Managing RFP repository  

  • Organization of resources:  

  • Corp Documents  

  • Case Studies, Presentations & Success Stories   

  • Pull bids for outsourced services  

  • Marketing calendar execution  

  • RFP & Proposal support  

  • Manage internal announcement  

  • Manage inquiries from Archway.com and distribute to the appropriate party.   

  • Manage anonymous Q&A.  

  • Help organize Townhall presentations 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing 

  • Experience working in advertising, sales, and marketing environments 
  • Hands-on experience in content management 
  • High energy and comfort working in a fast-paced environment 

  • Superior presentation and written communication skills 
  • This is a hybrid role with remote flexibility and regular travel to industry trade shows, client sites, and company events. Ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic schedule, building in-person relationships, and representing the brand at high-impact events.
