We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can take ideas from concept to execution and deliver clear, practical marketing programs that support pipeline and revenue goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys doing the work—not just planning it—including writing content, building assets, launching campaigns, and keeping stakeholders informed.
You’ll succeed in this role if you’re comfortable working with autonomy, adapting to shifting priorities, and owning your work from start to finish.
Base Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000
Key Responsibilities
- Execute gotomarket and demand generation initiatives aligned to defined audiences and sales priorities
- Translate product capabilities into clear, valuedriven messaging that supports buyer education and sales conversations
- Create highquality content across core channels, including:
- Website and landing pages
- Email and nurture campaigns
- Onepagers, presentations, and sales enablement assets
- Social and paid campaign copy
- Design lightweight assets independently using Canva or similar tools
- Own marketing deliverables end-to-end, from brief to launch, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment
- Partner closely with sales and product teams to align priorities, validate messaging, and support active opportunities
- Use AI powered tools to increase efficiency across content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis, while applying strong judgment and brand standards
- Track campaign performance and apply learnings to improve future execution
- Support webinars, virtual events, and outbound campaigns as needed
- Communicate progress, risks, and next steps proactively in a remote, cross functional environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role supporting revenue generation in enterprise SaaS
- Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Experience executing campaigns with tightly managed budgets
- Comfortable owning multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience collaborating closely with sales and product teams
- Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and shifting priorities
Preferred Skills
- Experience running integrated campaigns and outbound programs that deliver results
- Familiar with Salesforce, 6sense, Wrike, and MAPs (e.g., Marketo)
- Strong writer who can simplify complex concepts
- Experience optimizing landing pages and paid ad performance
- Proficient with marketing and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.)
- Handson experience designing assets in Canva
- Detail oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable working with product managers and sales to bring new features to market
