Position Summary

The Marketing Success Manager is the strategic partner and primary point of contact for our clients, owning both the relationship and the marketing outcomes that keep them with Ekwa long-term. Evolving from the traditional Client Success Manager role, this position blends account retention and relationship management with direct accountability for marketing performance and ROI.

Working with dental, medical, and other healthcare practice owners, the Marketing Success Manager ensures each client clearly understands the value Ekwa delivers, sees measurable results from their SEO, website, social media, and online advertising campaigns, and is confident in renewing and growing their partnership. The role bridges the client and Ekwa's specialist marketing teams to turn marketing activity into business growth for the client

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Success & Retention
  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for an assigned portfolio of client accounts, building trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Lead regular review meetings, and strategy sessions, ensuring expectations are set and met.
  • Drive client retention, renewals, and satisfaction; proactively identify and address churn risk.
  • Identify opportunities to expand accounts through additional services that genuinely benefit the client.
Marketing Strategy & Performance
  • Monitor campaign results across SEO, website, social media, reputation, and paid advertising, and drive optimization to improve ROI.
  • Interpret marketing data and analytics to make recommendations that grow client leads, new patients, and revenue.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices relevant to the healthcare/dental sector.
Reporting & Communication
  • Present clear, results-focused performance reports that connect marketing metrics to client business outcomes.
  • Communicate progress, wins, and next steps to clients in a way that is transparent and easy to understand.
  • Manage client expectations professionally, handling concerns with empathy and timely follow-through.
Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Act as the liaison between clients and Ekwa's specialist teams (SEO, web design, content, social media, advertising), ensuring deliverables align with client goals.
  • Brief internal teams on client objectives and feed back client priorities to keep work on track.
  • Collaborate with leadership on process improvements that raise the standard of client service and results.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of experience in client success, account management, or digital marketing — preferably in an agency environment.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels: SEO, websites, social media, online reputation, and paid advertising.
  • Experience working with performance data and marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience serving healthcare, dental, or professional-services clients is an advantage.

STARTING PAY 50,000 CAD (Annual) + 10,000 CAD (Annual Bonus on performance)
