The Role

We're looking to hire an Events Associate in our Field Marketing Team to join our dynamic team at Sprinto. We're hiring our early team in the US and are looking for bold, fast, and committed individuals with prior experience with managing multiple stakeholders and event coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Support the field marketing team on planning for regional events and sales support across US in the infosec and cybersecurity space
  • Ensure our global channel marketing strategy is effectively executed in US by enabling coordination on campaign components and guidelines
  • Provide global marketing functions with region based feedback
  • Drive effective collaboration across marketing and sales roles for regional campaign execution, and document those standards in our handbook
  • Work with agencies and internal teams for translating and regionalizing corporate marketing content in the US

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of past experience in events management and stakeholder management
  • Effective collaboration and coordination across internal and external stakeholders through strong communication skills
  • You are analytical and know how to visualize data
  • Experience in SaaS environment preferred
  • You seek high ownership, independent and fast environments and take feedback constructively
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles, and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans
