Position Title: Mass Market Representative
Location: Namibia

A leading Consumer Healthcare company is seeking a results-driven Mass Market Representative with proven experience in the FMCG/Mass Market space. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong field execution skills, a passion for consumer health, and the ability to drive visibility and availability of products across mass market channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit channel-specific outlets regularly to ensure product availability in collaboration with distributor teams.
  • Deploy company Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) across assigned outlets.
  • Oversee and support the execution of company activations within the designated channel.
  • Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales, stock levels, and market activities.
  • Gather and report market insights and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of a diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field; a degree is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the Mass market and FMCG environment.
  • Previous experience working in retail pharmacy is essential.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Must be a resident of the country in scope and legally able to work there.
