This role supports critical business transactions and processes across functions, including Customer Service, Planning, Order-to-Cash (OTC), Distribution, Finance, and Sales.
Environment:
- The Area DMS Business Partner (DMSBP) operates within a complex data ecosystem, collaborating with data stakeholders and producers.
- This role is crucial for maintaining data integrity and driving continuous improvement in data quality to gold model and industry standards.
Scope:
- The impact of this role is measured by its ability to influence key data performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- The Area DMS Business Partner contributes to the efficient operation of the business by ensuring data accuracy and consistency, ultimately supporting revenue generation, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance.
- This role also supports local and regional projects with data requirements, acting as a key user for specified data processes, and is responsible for delivering training, testing, and maintaining documentation for these processes for the area.
