Job Description

We are offering first-year MBA students from LBS Business School a unique opportunity to dive into the world of consulting as MBA Summer Associates at any of our global offices.

Over the course of 8 to 12 weeks, you will become an integral part of a dynamic consulting team, working on real client projects and gaining valuable hands-on experience. This is a great chance to experience our culture and determine if Roland Berger is the right fit for you.

Outstanding performers will have the opportunity to secure a full-time role with us.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in strategic work – ideally in the geographical market you would like to join
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
  • An entrepreneurial mindset
  • A winning personality
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Strong interest in innovative, AI‑based solutions, combined with the ability to effectively apply new technologies and data competence to complex challenges
