We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Data Science team at Mediabrands, where advanced analytics meet media and marketing strategy. This role is perfect for candidates with strong foundations in statistics and data modeling, who are eager to apply their skills in a fast-paced media agency environment.

You’ll play a key role in turning data into insights that drive smarter marketing decisions. Beyond technical expertise, you must excel at communicating with stakeholders across different functions—from data scientists and engineers to strategists, media planners, and clients—translating complex analyses into clear, actionable narratives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply statistical knowledge and data modeling to solve media and marketing challenges.
  • Use data-driven methods to evaluate campaign performance, optimize budgets, and forecast outcomes.
  • Collaborate with strategy, planning, and client teams to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
  • Deliver analyses on-time with clarity, precision, and measurable impact.
  • Explore and leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate workflows and unlock new solutions.
  • Balance independent project ownership with teamwork in a collaborative, client-facing environment.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts (regression, causal inference, forecasting, hypothesis testing).
  • Minimum 1-2 years hands-on working experience with data modeling and programming tools (Python, R, SQL, or equivalent).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—able to explain technical findings to audiences with varied technical backgrounds (executives, marketers, engineers).
  • Curious, solution- and results-driven mindset, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt.
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with marketing analytics, media performance measurement, or attribution models.

What We Offer

  • A front-row seat in the intersection of data science and marketing at one of the leading media agencies.
  • The opportunity to influence decision-making for major brands and campaigns.
  • Clear growth paths from entry-level Analyst to Senior Analyst and beyond.
  • Continuous learning, mentorship, and exposure to cutting-edge AI and data science applications in media.
