Bei der Firma Motorflug Baden-Baden GmbH ist ab dem 01.05.2025 einen Minijob als
Hausmeister (m/w/d)
zu besetzen.
Aufgaben:
- Pflegerische Aufgaben
- Ausbesserungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
- Diverse handwerkliche Tätigkeiten
- Gewährleistung der Funktionsfähigkeiten von Innenbeleuchtung in den genutzten Bereichen wie Hausflur und Büros
- Reinigung und Pflege der Außenanlage
- Fahrdienst
- Sicherstellung der Hausordnung
Anforderungen:
- Handwerkliche Fähigkeiten
- Kenntnisse über Haustechnik
Persönliche Fähigkeiten:
- Technisches Verständnis und Geschick
- Zuverlässigkeit
- Kommunikativ und freundlich
- Hilfsbereit
Einsatzort:
