As the ML Enablement Lead, you’ll be at the helm of Snorkel’s innovative learning programs, using your technical enablement expertise to shape and advance our offerings. You’ll own the curriculum and certification roadmap, designing and scoping learning pathways that are engaging and effective for all learning styles and technical expertise levels. By incorporating key stakeholder feedback, you'll ensure our programs hit the mark. You'll play a crucial role in evaluating our training products' effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement, and staying up-to-date with Snorkel’s latest features and industry trends to keep our curriculum relevant. From setting learning objectives to content design, development, launch, and maintenance, you’ll manage the entire lifecycle of our learning content development. Main Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and refreshment of multi-modal training content for both potential and existing customers based upon the latest version of Snorkel Flow
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs using feedback surveys, assessments, and observations, and update the curriculum as necessary
- Assist in creating self-paced online learning modules, self-paced tutorials and additional training resources
- Serve as Snorkel AI’s expert and thought leader in curriculum development principles and best practices
- Act as the lead instructor to deliver training material to Snorkel customers and enable the field engineering team to scale the delivery of our enablement services
- Become an expert in the Snorkel Flow platform and assist our customers do the same
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years experience working in a customer-facing role, e.g., technical training, data scientists, or technical consultant
- Expertise in modern ML frameworks and libraries, e.g., PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Numpy, SciPy, and HuggingFace
- Proficiency in writing Python for either Data Science, Machine Learning, or other distributed systems workloads
- Experience designing and developing highly technical training based on instructional design best practices
- A passion for learning and development, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Outstanding presentation skills to technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
- B.S. degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or comparable degree/experience
- Travel up to 20% based on customer needs
