We are seeking a skilled and motivated ML Ops Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Software. Join our team and contribute to the deployment and optimization of machine learning models within a dynamic cloud environment, primarily utilizing AWS services. If you are passionate about driving efficiency in ML workflows, possess a strong foundation in Python, and thrive in collaborative, multicultural teams, this role offers a unique opportunity for impactful contributions.
Who you are:
- Proficient in Python.
- Ability to write clean, modular, and testable code.
- Industry experience in developing and deploying machine learning models within a cloud environment, particularly AWS.
- Skilled in designing, building and maintaining enterprise-grade machine learning and data platforms.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, passionate about collaborating with engineers to enhance system usability.
- Independent engineer capable of taking ownership of projects from conceptualization to design and final implementation.
- Possess a Master’s degree in Science or Engineering (Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, etc.).
Nice to have:
- Experience with build automation technologies like Gitlab CI.
- Proficiency in orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in building HTTP and GRPC APIs.
- Experience with ML Ops tools such as ML Flow, Feast, and Airflow.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in a remote and asynchronous team environment.

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is 150,000 - 170,000 CZK/month, depending on location and experience.
