About the Role

We’re building the foundation to optimize pricing, validate ROI, and scale monetization insights across the business. This role sits at the intersection of data, pricing, and go-to-market execution, ensuring our teams have the insights and tools needed to maximize revenue impact.

You’ll join a growing Pricing & Monetization team at a pivotal time, shaping the data strategy that underpins how we price, package, and scale. Working cross-functionally with Product Ops, Sales, Data, and Business Value Consulting, you’ll be the go-to expert for monetization analytics, dashboards, and pricing measurement frameworks.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with data, and want to directly influence pricing and growth strategy, this role will give you the opportunity to make a visible, high-impact contribution.

 What You’ll Do

Data & Infrastructure

  • Build and maintain monetization-specific data models and dashboards in partnership with Product Ops and Data.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and aligned definitions across teams.

Pricing & ROI Measurement

  • Support BVC with pilot deal baselining using customer analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and revenue benchmarks.
  • Track and report on key pricing metrics such as ASP, attach rates, discount frequency, and sales motion efficiency.
  • Design automated alerts and exception reports to flag deal-level outliers.

Enablement & Self-Service

  • Automate data inputs for AE and SE self-service ROI calculators.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support for QBRs, vertical reviews, and strategic deep dives.

Strategy & Experimentation

  • Conduct vertical- and segment-level analysis to inform pricing strategy.
  • Support pricing tests and experiments with statistical rigor, ensuring reliable, actionable insights.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing analytics or monetization analytics, ideally in software/SaaS or e-commerce.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, modeling, and dashboarding (SQL, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
  • Experience with customer analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and financial modeling.
  • Proven ability to conduct rigorous statistical analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of partnering across Product, Sales, and Data teams.
  • Bonus: MBA or advanced degree in analytics, economics, finance, or related field.
Perks!
  • You get to work on a category-leading product that customers love in a fun, high-growth industry- check our Capterra and G2 reviews.
  • 4 Weeks of PTO
  • Free medical insurance
  • 401(K) Plan with a 100% match on contributions up to 5%
  • Engage in our ‘Vibe Tribe’ - led by our team members; you can contribute to company-wide initiatives directly. Regular events and social activities, fundraising & cause-related campaigns... you name it. We're willing to make it happen!
  • Team member Assistance Program to proactively support our team's health and wellbeing - access to coaching, education modules, weekly webinars, and more.
  • 16 weeks paid Parental Leave for primary carers and 4 weeks paid Parental Leave for secondary carers
  • Highly flexible work environment with an All Access pass to WeWork depending on your location
  • Work with a driven, fun, and switched-on team that likes to raise the bar in all we do.
  • Individual learning & development budget plus genuine career growth opportunities as we continue to expand!
