What you'll be doing.
- Partner with the Retail channel leads to understand their business strategies, identify the data required to support those strategies, and develop digital tools to help the team unlock insights, drive action, and track performance.
- Work with Channel stakeholders to establish relevant reporting and dashboarding of metrics against channel priorities.
- Work with the Channel Leads and other Commercial Stakeholders to ensure reporting tools and dashboards are optimized and continuously improved to meet multiple stakeholder needs, through various Customer and Business Unit lenses.
- Lead the collection, analysis, and provisioning of 3 rd party external datasets to support novel reporting and analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional business and IT teams to ensure that we have integrated solutions that meet the operational needs of the Sales organization.
- Explore integration of other relevant platforms, in line with North America IS Strategy, to bring a holistic view to performance and business decision making across the commercial sphere.

What you'll need to be successful.
- University Graduate required, ideally in a Data or Technology discipline
- People-focused and embrace a culture of humility, modeling the organization's core values and Leadership Principles in daily actions and behaviors
- 2+ years solid data and technology experience
- Experience working in commercial or technology division of a global organization
- Prior work experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods and/or the Retail industry
- Experience in working with syndicated, industry-specific data platforms such as Datassential, Placer.AI, Technomics, Nielsen, IRI, and/or Circana would be considered an asset
- Experience in developing advanced analytical solutions in Power BI, with a strong working knowledge of DAX, as well as experience using Power Query to transform and cleanse data as part of building and maintaining semantic data models.
- Data Storytelling - the ability to interpret data across multiple data sources and build compelling stories for decision makers and ability to influence at all levels
- Experience working with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, and Data Bricks and base-level knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Ability to negotiate with stakeholders on priorities and timelines, and pivot quickly when required to address key business objectives
