JOB SUMMARY:
Max Insurance is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven New Partnerships & Growth Coordinator to support prospecting and onboarding for our expanding broker network.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support prospecting and onboarding of new broker partners through:
- Researching the industry to identify & assess partnership opportunities
- Collection and review of documents supporting partnership efforts
- Supporting brokers through the onboarding process, reviewing material and following up with external stakeholders
- Assisting the Broker Support team with system changes and updates related to broker partners
- Participating in broker-facing presentations to drive engagement & understanding of products
- Consistently tracking progress and providing regular status updates internally
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years of experience working in the Property & Casualty insurance industry
- Excellent oral and written communications
- Self-driven with an eagerness to roll up their sleeves and get to work
- Highly organized and detail-focused -- ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a timely and accurate manner

Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000
Actual salary for the role will be determined by factors such as prior professional experience, relevant qualifications, demonstrated skills, and internal equity across our team.
