JOB SUMMARY:

Max Insurance is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven New Partnerships & Growth Coordinator to support prospecting and onboarding for our expanding broker network.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support prospecting and onboarding of new broker partners through:
    • Researching the industry to identify & assess partnership opportunities
    • Collection and review of documents supporting partnership efforts
    • Supporting brokers through the onboarding process, reviewing material and following up with external stakeholders
    • Assisting the Broker Support team with system changes and updates related to broker partners
    • Participating in broker-facing presentations to drive engagement & understanding of products
    • Consistently tracking progress and providing regular status updates internally

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-5 years of experience working in the Property & Casualty insurance industry
  • Excellent oral and written communications
  • Self-driven with an eagerness to roll up their sleeves and get to work
  • Highly organized and detail-focused -- ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a timely and accurate manner

Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000

Actual salary for the role will be determined by factors such as prior professional experience, relevant qualifications, demonstrated skills, and internal equity across our team.

We also encourage candidates whose salary expectations fall outside of the listed salary range to apply as the right fit matters to us, and we are committed to considering exceptional talent.
