The Role
As a NodeJS/Java Developer (Web-Based Services), you will design and develop middle-layer and web-based services that enable secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise applications. Working across PMO, Product, Architecture, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams, you will contribute to solution design, system integration, and the delivery of modern digital platforms within wealth and asset management environments.
What You’ll Do
Design and develop web-based and middle-layer services using NodeJS, TypeScript, and Core Java
Build and enhance APIs and web services using REST, SOAP, and JSON standards
Draft and review architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and solution design documents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business and operational requirements
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and system stability across Linux and Unix environments
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of software development experience
Hands-on experience with TypeScript, NodeJS, Core Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot
Experience with integration technologies such as Kafka or ActiveMQ
Strong understanding of object-oriented design patterns and software engineering principles
Experience developing APIs/web services and working with relational databases (Oracle, DB2, Sybase, or similar)
Bonus Points For
Experience working within wealth and asset management or broader financial services environments
Familiarity with J2EE technologies, Servlets, Tomcat, and Maven
Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Exposure to C#/.Net or multi-language enterprise ecosystems
Understanding of performance optimization and scalable system design

The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.
