How you’ll make an impact:
The role will be extremely hands-on working closely with regional sales and the global marketing teams. The successful candidate should be data driven with the ability to think creatively, adopt industry best practice where it makes sense, and drive the maximum return from every investment. We need a team player, someone who is prepared to go the extra mile to get the job done.
Reporting into the Americas Regional Marketing Director, this person will work closely with the Americas Commercial Field Marketing Manager to deliver a plan to support the Americas Commercial Sales team.
What you’ll do:
- Work with local sales leadership & Americas Commercial Field Marketing Manager to develop and manage the execution of the go-to-market plans for the America’s Commercial Business
- Execution of Demand Generation Campaigns
- Assessment of market trends, quantify opportunities and make budget recommendations to inform content themes.
- Collaborate with all other areas of marketing on execution and strategy of field marketing plans.
- Collaboration with Partner Marketing including local SI's
- Execution of local events, including trade shows, third party events, Boomi proprietary events, local customer user groups and hospitality
- Act as the "single point of contact" for Boomi Marketing, representing the full marketing plan that touches the segment regardless of ownership of execution
The Experience you bring:
- Previous experience in a Field Marketing role, with a SaaS or Enterprise Software vendor
- Familiarity with sales and marketing automation applications such as SFDC, Marketo or similar; and experienced in driving closed loop lead management and reporting
- Experience working with sales
- Experience with event management and execution
- Experience of managing budgets is essential
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to communicate at a professional level of fluency in English
- Ability to travel up to 10-15% of the time in North America

- Experience with Salesforce & Marketo

Compensation
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position ranges from $85,000- $115,000 CAD annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
