SUMMARY:
The Sales Leader exists to execute the market sales strategy. The Sales Leader plays a vital role in both generating opportunities and closing opportunities. They will work closely with the Sales Director in accomplishing market sales goals. They must have a strong desire to see Booster’s impact grow through the accomplishment of a successful sales strategy.
This position may be remote, with a strong preference for candidates based in the West region.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospecting
- Set the strategy of outbound prospecting in concert with the Sales Director.
- Oversee Sales Specialists to ensure the results for great prospecting as well as the execution of effective sales emails, phone calls, drop-ins, and events, etc.
Deliver Sales Presentations
- Execute discovery calls, sales meetings, and all web lead follow-up.
Sales Pipeline Owner
- Own sales opportunities from discovery to closure, ensuring a high close rate.
- Provide a premium sales experience to potential school partners at every stage of the sales funnel.
- Maintain up-to-date records and activity in the CRM system.
- Implement strategies to maximize conversion rates and optimize the sales process.
Market Knowledge
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to stay informed about in-market competition, industry trends, and product differentials.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of competitor products and market landscape.
- Generate recommendation letters endorsing Booster’s products/services.
Assist Sales Forecasting and Growth Strategies
- Work with the Sales Director to produce short-term and long-term growth strategies.
