• Maintain, prioritize, and visualize the Requirement Area backlog-covering development phases, dependencies, and what's coming next.
• Be the interface for adding and prioritizing all types of backlog items.
• Be a key point of contact in the global XCS OPO network, collaborating across sites to align priorities and dependencies.
• Visualize XCS future plans and capabilities
• Contribute to XCS strategic plans

• Ability to work across organizational boundaries and with highly competent colleagues.
• Business focus and accountability to deliver results.
• Product development and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) knowledge.
• A genuine interest in people, with solid presentation skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks as priorities evolve.
What Sets you apart:
• Radio competence (e.g., radio products, RAN concepts, RF fundamentals, or telecom domain knowledge).
• Linux and software close to hardware experience.
• AI fluency-comfortable using (and where helpful, tailoring) modern AI tools to accelerate day-to-day ways of working.
• Demonstrated ability to technically lead and drive SPs (solution packages) end to end.
• Leadership skills aligned with Ericsson's core values.
