Position Summary
Thales has a vacancy for a proactive Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support the successful delivery of transformation initiatives across the organization.
Reporting to the OCM Lead, the Specialist will help implement change management strategies that enable employees and stakeholders to successfully adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working. This role will support change planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities across multiple projects.

This position requires direct or indirect access to hardware, software or technical information controlled under the Canadian Export Control List and/or the US the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be eligible or able to obtain authorization for such access.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Change Planning and Execution
- Support the development and execution of change management plans aligned with program and organizational objectives.
- Assist with change impact assessments to identify how initiatives affect employees, processes, and teams.
- Coordinate change management activities across multiple projects and workstreams.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Support stakeholder identification and mapping for transformation initiatives.
- Assist with engagement activities such as workshops, feedback sessions, and change champion networks.
- Maintain strong relationships with project teams and business stakeholders to support change adoption.
Communications Support
- Draft and coordinate change communications including announcements, updates, presentations, and leadership messaging.
- Ensure communication materials are clear, consistent, and aligned with change strategies.
- Support the delivery of communications across internal channels.
Training and Adoption
- Support the development and coordination of training and learning materials.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and adoption activities.
- Monitor feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas needing additional support.
Change Tracking and Reporting
- Track change management activities, deliverables, and milestones.
- Support readiness assessments and adoption monitoring.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for the OCM Lead and program leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in organizational change management, transformation, or program delivery roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Prosci or other recognized Change Management certification.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Canadian security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in defence, technology, engineering, or regulated industries.
Special Position Requirements
þ Physical Environment: Hybrid working environment - currently three days in office, 2 days remote per week.
þ Travel: Occasional travel to Victoria, Ottawa, and Halifax.
Pay Transparency
The anticipated Total Target Compensation (TTC), inclusive of annual salary and bonus eligibility, for this role is $92,400 to 115,500 CAD Annual. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, provincial, and federal laws.
