Job Overview

      We are looking for a confident and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join a growing telecommunications team. In this role, you'll make outbound calls to existing customers, educate them on available savings opportunities, and help them reduce their internet costs by switching or updating their billing plans and/or provider.
      We're looking for someone who is persuasive, quick-thinking, and thrives on sales conversations. If you know how to build rapport, overcome objections, and confidently close over the phone, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce the company's internet services.
  • Persuade prospects to switch from their current internet provider to the company's internet service by presenting the value, savings, and available promotions.
  • Present available discounts and promotional offers to help customers lower their monthly internet bills.
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently while guiding customers toward the best solution.
  • Build rapport quickly and maintain a positive customer experience throughout each call.
  • Accurately process service and billing changes while ensuring customer information is up to date.
  • Meet or exceed daily call, conversion, and sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of outbound sales or telesales experience.
  • Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • MUST HAVE: Proven ability to overcome objections and close sales over the phone.
  • Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated with a strong sales mindset.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in the telecommunications or internet service industry is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with internet services, billing, or telecom products is a strong advantage.
