Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure, develop and support packaged ServiceNow Field Service Management application to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs, and leveraging low-code platforms to deliver effective solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining system performance and compatibility.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of ServiceNow Field Service Management applications to meet specific business requirements.
- Engage in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Field Service Management.
- Experience with low-code development platforms.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
-Experience of working in Agile framework

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Field Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
