Our client, a growth-focused investment firm, is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to drive paid social advertising, SEO optimization, and lead generation strategies. This role requires hands-on experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn advertising, landing page creation, and automation tools like GHL. Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (primary focus) and LinkedIn to drive lead generation.

Implement SEO best practices to optimize digital content and improve visibility.

Support Google Ads strategy and execution (secondary priority).
-
Develop data-driven ad strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
-
Analyze performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, and CPA, to optimize campaigns.

Continuously test and iterate ad creatives, targeting, and messaging to improve effectiveness.

Present campaign insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and external partners.
Secondary Responsibilities (Nice To Haves):

Support with creating compelling ad creatives and copy for social media campaigns.

Edit graphics for ad placements (experience with video editing is highly preferred).

Build and optimize custom landing pages to capture and nurture leads (integrating with Meta for seamless contact collection).

Utilize Go High Level (GHL) to set up lead nurturing automations and improve conversion rates.

Strategize and implement automated follow-up sequences to increase engagement and sales.

Qualifications:

2+ years in digital marketing, paid social advertising, and SEO optimization.

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads (Google Ads is a plus).

Experience with GHL (Go High Level) or similar CRM/automation tools.

Ability to track key marketing metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English for stakeholder interactions and reporting.

Ability to generate new campaign ideas, test variations, and optimize for growth.
Preferred Skills (Highly Advantageous):
