The Part-Time Account Executive will focus on selling Online Training to California employers, develop new business, service existing clients, and meet sales targets.
Job Description:
We are looking for an exceptional Part-Time Account Executive who will focus on selling our Preventing Workplace Harassment Online Training to California employers. This is a part-time work-from-home opportunity and available to any qualified California salesperson. If you are an ambitious, driven, individual who can develop new business as well as service existing clients’ requirements, then we want to hear from you.
Accountabilities:
- Ensure monthly and annual sales budget is achieved.
- Maximize opportunities afforded by ESM’s existing clients.
- Develop new business and increase spend by all new and existing clients, in line with targets.
- Represent ESM Core Values in all dealings with Clients and Partners.
- Compile and review success metrics on an ongoing basis with the Leadership Team
- Continually connect with customers for ongoing sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- New business development, from either ESM clients in California; generated leads, referrals, or own knowledge base.
- Responding to quote requests in adherence with company procedures.
- Use company online order processing & CRM (Salesforce) systems in line with procedure.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients by providing outstanding service and support.
- Work to monthly KPIs to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved.
- Ensuring sufficient and relevant information for each order is passed to the Project Manager to agreed standards.
Experience:
- 2+ years B2B sales experience a plus.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals and growth targets.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Experience tracking metrics, extracting insight from metrics to provide key takeaways and optimization ideas to senior leadership team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong video presentation skills.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, etc. Savvy with navigating multiple systems and data analysis
- Ability to manage, maintain and grow a high value book of customers
Compensation Package:
- This is a Commission-Only position with a competitive commission structure
Schedule, Hours & Location:
- Part-time, estimated at 10-15 hours per week
- Hours of operation: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- California (remote position)
