Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager for a full-time contract to cover a maternity leave (13 months). This role is critical in supporting March Networks’ channel and technology partner ecosystem. The successful candidate will lead co-marketing initiatives, manage partner communications, support product launches, and collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and the broader Marketing team to strengthen partner engagement and drive revenue.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements

Partner Program & Relationship Management

  • Manage day-to-day engagement with channel and technology partners, ensuring alignment with program goals.
  • Maintain and optimize partner marketing assets, toolkits, and collateral.
  • Support partner onboarding with updated materials, messaging, and marketing resources.
  • Hold Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with the top tier partners to ensure they have everything they need to effectively market and sell March Networks products & solutions.

Co-Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan, execute, and measure joint marketing campaigns with strategic partners, including webinars, events, digital programs, and content campaigns.
  • Work with our Franchise partners to convince more of their Franchisees to purchase March Networks solutions.
  • Work with partners to develop co-branded assets, case studies, landing pages, and promotional materials.
  • Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights.

Product & Solutions Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to support launches, messaging updates, and partner-specific solution positioning.
  • Ensure consistent representation of March Networks solutions across partner channels.

Events & Enablement

  • Coordinate partner involvement in trade shows, industry events, and regional campaigns.
  • Support development of sales enablement materials and partner training resources, including the Partner Sales Training Certification Module.
  • Manage partner marketing calendars, deadlines, and deliverables.

Communications & Content

  • Own the partner newsletter content, announcements, and updates.
  • Support development of partner case studies, success stories, and co-marketing assets.
  • Ensure all partner-facing messaging aligns with brand and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in security, technology, SaaS, or channel-driven environments.
  • Experience managing channel or technology partner relationships.
  • Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Pardot, or similar).
  • Experience with Wordpress would also be an asset.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, or similar tools is an asset.
  • Strong writing skills and comfort producing marketing content.
  • Collaborative mindset and proven ability to work cross-functionally.
