As part of Mondelēz International Digtal Services, this role will focus on Key Account Management, ensuring smooth running HR Operations within the Commercial Functions across UK&I, as well as collaborating with the broader People Team. The role will have two other direct reports who will be located in the Shared Service Centre in Bucharest, Romania.
How you will contribute
- Activate capability, engagement and other critical initiatives to improve the performance of the People Experience Advisor (PEA) Commercial UK&I team.
- Coach and guide People Managers and Employees to use and benefit from self-service tools and processes(where appropriate)
- Where more complex queries require local support, explain people practices, processes & policies to People Managers
- Apply understanding of the business reality and the external labor market/context to local people practices and BU initiatives - Supporting People lead in deployment of local activation of global initiatives in connection with culture, learning and engagement.. e.g engagement survey
- Lead or support implementation of local BU projects or initiatives,
- Proactive 'issue identification/escalation point of contact'
- Work closely with People Services Advisors from different HR workstreams to help with prioritization based on Business Unit needs.
- Drive continuous improvement (CI) and process efficiency to improve Employee experience.
- Lead the BU Squad in service of BU challenges/escalations
- Prepare the regular People Manager Newsletter, gathering insights
- Deliver people practices in line with all local (UKI) legal/regulatory frameworks
- View data, use dashboards & reports in Workday e.g self-service and SLA Dashboards, showing metrics and data to support efficiency and effectiveness of people-related transactions.
- Act as point of escalation for other HR Advisors when needed.
What you will bring

- Fluent in English - both written and verbal
- People Management experience
- People Processes and HR Systems including Workday, Service Now.
- Participation as a support or lead for medium or large size HR projects.
- Turning data into actionable insights.
- Independent problem-solving skills.
- Coaching, motivating and training others - including PE Team members
Desirable:
- Experience working with a Commercial function and/ or within a UK or Ireland Business Unit.
- Knowledge of UK specific People Policies and Procedures inc. Employee Relations related.
