About the Role
Reporting and Plan Manager to support the PMO of a $400M+ compliance transformation program. This role is responsible for building and maintaining the integrated program plan and producing reporting for stakeholders at various levels of the program’s established governance.
Role Description: Reporting and Schedule Lead
- Reporting lead: Author program and project level reporting for stakeholders at various levels of governance. Establish processes to collect data from workstreams (manual and eventually automated) to support the established reporting cadence
- Integrated Planning: Develop and maintain the master program schedule by consolidating individual project plans across multiple workstreams and initiatives.
- Dependency Management: Identify, track, and manager key interdependencies across scope, resourcing, and delivery timelines - including those from third-party timelines
- Critical path analysis: continuously analyze and update programs critical path to proactively flag delays, conflicts, and timeline risks
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with project managers, business leads, technology teams, and vendor partners to ensure alignment and timely updates.
- Planning Governance: Support PMO planning standards, change control processes, and milestone tracking to ensure consistent and disciplined delivery.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of Project Management experience and implementation management.
• Able to deliver work product and turn around feedback on aggressive timelines
• Keen attention to detail • Strong demonstratable capabilities in program/project reporting and a history of creating tooling to automate reporting
• Strong familiarity with Project Management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid Models)
• Strong knowledge of scheduling tools • Good knowledge of and/or experience working with software re-write / re-engineering / re-factoring projects
• Able to facilitate technical discussions to understand root cause and potential solutioning
• Able to provide estimates for duration/effort of design/development activities
• Experience and capabilities to speak with customer leaders to extract expectations, provide insightful information, and manage expectations
• Comfortable speaking and presenting to senior stakeholders and clients
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, enabling cross-business teams
• Intimately familiar with Jira, MS Project and Clarity
