Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Ottawa, ON. As a Pre-Owned Car Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in our daily operations by fulfilling all documentation requirements for transactions, auctions, administrative tasks, and ownership transfers of vehicles. You will also be responsible for providing excellent Kenny U-Pull customer service and assisting our sales teams.

What you're responsible for:

  • Ensuring all inventory is test driven and information sheets are complete on each vehicle for sale
  • Completing car sales checklist for each vehicle listed
  • Updating website with available inventory for sale
  • Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and detailed
  • Preparing inventory for weekly auctions
  • Greeting customers, helping answer questions and advising while providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all Service Ontario/SAAQ transactions for transfer of ownerships
  • Working with sales team as needed and any call to action from Branch Manager 
  • Providing consistent communication with Branch Manager and Car Sales Manager

Qualifications

To join our team:

  • You have a minimum of 1 year experience in sales
  • You have your OMVIC certification or are willing to obtain
  • You have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • You are able to work independently and in a team environment
  • You are task oriented and able to solve problems
